Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Project Head (Agri) to develop and execute the company's agricultural strategy, including contractual farming and large-scale agri business expansion. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, build financial models, and prepare feasibility studies for top management review. Additionally, you will manage contracts with stakeholders, analyze farm dynamics, and propose solutions to improve productivity and reduce wastage. This position plays a critical role in shaping and scaling the company’s presence in the agriculture sector.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, General Management or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or consulting
  • Prior experience in managing value chain-related projects
  • Experience in developing feasibility studies, business planning, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret financial models
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
  • Passionate about corporate farming and transforming the agriculture landscape in Pakistan
