As a Finance & Compliance Analyst at Lumida Wealth, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, compliance processes, and vendor relationships. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation efforts, while also supporting tax filings, audit preparation, and internal tool development using platforms like Airtable and Google Sheets. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, audit, or compliance roles
- Experience working in startups, consulting, or cross-border environments preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Airtable, and financial dashboard tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong bias for documentation and governance
- Ability to manage external vendors and coordinate with legal and compliance partners
- Familiarity with US tax or compliance frameworks is a plus
- Based in Karachi and willing to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones
