Job Description

As a Medical Billing Associate at Macrise Tech Solutions, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of the US medical billing cycle, including insurance verification, accounts receivable follow-up, and patient collections. You'll work with EHR systems, payer portals, and clearinghouses to ensure accurate billing, resolve denials, and maintain financial records. This full-time on-site role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to work during US CST night shifts.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in any of the following roles: Insurance Verification (IV), Accounts Receivable (AR), or Patient Collections
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with EHR systems, payer portals, and healthcare billing platforms
Ability to manage data accurately and maintain process integrity
Proficiency in handling claims, denials, and payment follow-ups
Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (US CST timezone)
Must reside in or near Wapda Town, Lahore
