As an Assistant Project Manager at VentureDive, you will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of diverse technology projects from concept to completion. You will define project scope, develop detailed plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. You'll act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, manage client relationships, and drive innovation across projects. This role demands strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience managing technology-driven projects
- Experience with software development, systems integration, and data-related initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Basecamp
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI concepts, and data engineering principles
- Basic understanding of programming and database technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
