As an IT Support Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance via the helpdesk portal. You will troubleshoot issues using diagnostic techniques, guide users through resolution steps, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Additionally, you'll provide application support (ISMS) to the Sales Operations team, offer hardware support to field staff, and manage inventory of IT assets through internal systems. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills along with hands-on technical experience.
Requirements
- BS in Computer/Software Engineering or a relevant diploma
- 3–4 years of experience in technical support
- Strong understanding of computer systems and hardware (printers, laptops, Android devices)
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably ISMS
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
