As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, identifying market opportunities, and expanding the company’s footprint in the IT industry. You'll conduct market research, analyze trends, prepare sales forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed business development targets. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
Requirements
- Preferably an MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competition
- Proficiency in setting and tracking sales targets and preparing reports
- Experience in pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and event representation
