As a Facebook Ads Expert at Voltic Inc, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns across multiple audiences and objectives. You'll conduct audience research, analyze campaign performance, collaborate with the creative team on compelling content, and continuously refine strategies based on data insights. This full-time on-site role in Faisalabad requires a results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and platform algorithms.

Requirements

Proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and ad performance metrics
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign data and improve ROI
Experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and behavior analysis
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and industry trends
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications in Facebook Ads or digital marketing are a plus
