As an Office Receptionist, you will be the first impression of our company, welcoming guests, managing incoming calls, and supporting the team with general administrative tasks. You'll ensure a professional and welcoming environment by maintaining the reception area, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting with basic office operations. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong communication and a courteous attitude.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
