As a Customer Support Representative at Octant Solutions, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our UK-based clientele. You'll communicate with customers through personalized messages via CMS, send post-purchase follow-ups, and provide reassurance of ongoing support. This role also involves collaborating with the UK team using Slack and Notion, tracking inquiries, and contributing to evolving customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed education required)
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Understanding of eCommerce environments and online customer journeys
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in communication
- Familiarity with tools like Slack and Notion (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Must be based in Faisalabad and available for office-based work
- Availability to work Monday–Saturday from 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UK time-aligned shift)
